Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into the company s databases and systems.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Review and correct any discrepancies found in the data.
• Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval.
• Generate reports and summaries as required.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Assist in data audits and data cleansing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Handle data entry tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data management software is a plus.
