Data Collection Researcher
Seattle, WA (onsite)

IntePros is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Collection Researcher to join our customer research and data collection team. In this role, you'll manage end-to-end data collection processes, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to enhance software usability and participant experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee data collection activities, including managing Qualtrics surveys (online surveys for collecting customer or participant feedback), ETL workflows (extracting, cleaning, and loading data for analysis), monitoring participant engagement, and delivering daily reports.
• Lead defined projects to improve data collection processes and participant experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and recommend process enhancements.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data collection or customer research.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Proficiency with platforms like Qualtrics and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in speech and language data collection and processing.
• Hands-on experience with all stages of data collection (recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting).
• Background in consumer electronics research or customer service.
• A proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
