Corporate Health & Wellness Physician – Part-Time
schedule: 2 fixed weekdays, daytime hours (≈ 16 hrs/week; no nights, weekends or call)
compensation: $130,000 – $135,000 W-2 per year (0.4 FTE) + comprehensive benefits
anticipated start: September 2025
employer: California physician-owned professional corporation (clinical)
administrative partner: VitalCheck Wellness Inc. (non-clinical support)

key responsibilities
- Direct all preventive, primary and urgent-care services for adult employees
- Design evidence-based protocols and wellness initiatives for the new clinic
- Provide in-person and employer-paid telehealth visits (≈ 8–12 patients/day)
- Mentor and evaluate a multidisciplinary team; foster a patient-first culture
- Collaborate with corporate stakeholders on onsite events, screenings and education
qualifications
- MD/DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Minimum three years post-residency clinical experience
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain by start date), unrestricted DEA, current BLS/ACLS
- Passion for prevention, patient education and re-designing care delivery
- Proficiency with EMRs and telehealth platforms; reliable commute to San Francisco twice weekly
