National corporate client is seeking a Corporate/Contracts Paralegal in their Charlotte office for a temp-to-hire position. Primary responsibilities will involve working with contracts such as NDA's and BAA's
Responsibilities of this Paralegal will include working with contracts, litigation, ediscovery, corporate support functions. Our client is looking for a team player with the willingness to take on both paralegal and administrative functions. Desirable candidates will have the ability to prioritize, multitask and manage deadlines.
Qualified candidates must have at least five years of experience working in corporate legal department and/or large law firm environments. A four-year degree and/or a Paralegal Certificate with the required experience is preferred. Experience with Salesforce, Workday or any contract management databases is highly preferred. Top-notch verbal and written communication skills are required as this person will have a lot of client contact.
