TITLE: Corporate Food Safety Manager DIVISION: Cooperate
REPORTS TO: Corporate Director Food Safety FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Exempt/Salary

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is a critical for the compliance of our Food Safety Program across the enterprise. The Food

Safety Manager will schedule and conduct third party audit, provide training and support to all facilities.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage the food safety plan and regulatory compliance.

· Monitor, verify, and validate SQF systems.

· Schedule and conduct annual third-party audits for all facilities.

· Maintain compliance with the requirements of FSMA, FDA USDA, local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.

· Maintain Foods safety SOP's, documentation, and operational activities up to date and inspection ready.

· Conduct training and development of food safety culture.

· Drive continuous improvement and promote standardization across the enterprise.

· Conduct internal audits, assist in product recalls, and customer complaints.

· Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· SQF Certification Experience.

· Prior Auditing Experience

· HACCP/HARPC Certified.

· Have ability to travel as much as 50% (1st year could be as much as 75%)

· Ability to analyze and solve problems.

· Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to organize and prioritize.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

· 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified is a plus.
