About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Financial Analyst to lead forecasting, strategic planning, and profitability analysis initiatives in support of senior leadership. In this position, you will manage internal financial reporting, drive long-term financial strategies, and identify key opportunities for performance improvement. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, expert-level Excel skills, and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal reporting, including weekly/monthly financial and operational reports
Conduct detailed variance and trend analysis
Recommend strategies to reduce cost and improve profitability
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Partner with departments to optimize planning and financial models
Build detailed forecasts: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
Analyze capital expenditures and asset depreciation
Support strategic executive-level decisions with in-depth analysis
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Maintain accurate documentation for audits
Adhere to ISO standards and company safety/compliance protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of financial analysis experience
Expert in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 suite
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Great Plains or TMW Systems is a plus
Class D driver’s license required
