Brayman Construction Corporation, a leading heavy civil and geotechnical contractor with office headquarters in Saxonburg, is seeking a full-time experienced Content Marketing Creator/Copywriter to join our growing team. Summary:

The Content Marketing Creator/Copywriter will be responsible for creating high-quality written internal and external content for a variety of affiliates within our construction company. This role will require the ability to create compelling copy that drives action and achieves business objectives that speaks to a wide range of audiences. Key consumers will be both internal and external stakeholders (from parents, interns, apprenticeship applicants, engineers, clients, owners, partners, industry professionals, government entities, investors to the general public).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Write and edit project write-ups, proposals, ghostwritten articles, blog posts, social media content, press releases, and more for multiple affiliates within our company
• Develop creative concepts and write copy for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other promotional materials
• Conduct research on industry-related topics to develop informative and insightful thought leadership content
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content that aligns with the different affiliate's brand voice and messaging
• Manage multiple content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content
• Review and revise existing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news, and incorporate these insights into content creation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or a related field
• Construction writing experience preferred
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills (APA Style Guide knowledge a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience with content management systems and social media platforms
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to apply them to content creation
• Copywriting skills, including the ability to develop creative concepts and write compelling copy that drives action
• Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Safety Sensitive Position:

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work on project sites, including federal projects, and in a heavy manufacturing facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee. This position may require working around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
