Are you a Project Manager of Estate-Level ($5M+) Residential Construction with a track record of profitable on-time completion, attention to detail and strong communications?
Requirements:
· 5-7 yrs managing high-end ($1M – $5M+) residential estate construction including "outside the walls" installations of landscape and hardscapes
· Software technical experience, Crew Mobile, Aspire, other construction PM programs
· 4 year Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Landscape Design, or Landscape Architecture.

This role is responsible for completion of high-end residential and estate landscape construction projects overseeing all phases of multiple projects of $500K+ through all stages to completion:
· Strong communication skills with the internal design & construction team and clients
· Coordinate crew leaders , equipment, materials, and subcontractors across multiple projects
· Manage project expenses and labor to maximize profits
· Ensure highest detail, quality and on-time completion of project for clients
