We are currently seeking a Concierge!
The Concierge organizes, coordinates, and implements various resident services and programs and acts as an information source to residents regarding local market resources.
Responsibilities include:
+ Greet all guests and residents
+ Provide door security and ground security
+ Hold doors for those entering the building
+ Receive incoming deliveries and notify residents when packages are ready for pick up
+ Deliver notices and resident communications door to door
+ Interact effectively with a diverse group of people, stay calm under pressure, and provide cheerful assistance to others
Requirements:
+ At least six months of customer service experience
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively
+ A positive attitude and an ability to communicate and work well with others
+ Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
+ Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Additional Information: **Applicants with previous security/concierge/doorperson experience preferred

Compensation: Full- Time $16.20 to $18.00 per hour
