Job Description

LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced C ommunications Manager to join our clients team. This candidate will be responsible for developing and executing impactful internal communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire employees.

This role will manage planning, logistics, messaging, and employee engagement initiatives, serving as a key liaison across departments and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve internal communication channels which ensuring timely and consistent messaging
• Recommend and integrate innovative communication tools that align with company values
• Contribute creative ideas to increase employee engagement through events, polls, contests, virtual activities, and recognition programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies in North America
• Write and edit content for employee newsletters across a few platforms including newsletters, intranet, and internal publications
• Plan and execute internal events such as leadership Q&As, information meetings, and employee engagement events
• Track and report on communications KPIs and support the maintenance of dashboards.
• Partner with senior leadership to support divisional communications strategy development
• Assist with press release distribution and external outreach when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in communications, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in internal communications (external comms experience is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of SharePoint
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe is a plus

Pay Details: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

This position is contract and hybrid in Louisville, Kentucky.
