Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial signs, including illuminated, non-illuminated, and digital signage.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their signage needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation locations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on installed signs to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in sign installation is a plus.
• Proven experience in sign installation or a related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
