We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Auto/Liability Claims Adjuster to join our client's team. This role involves managing a variety of commercial auto and physical damage claims while delivering excellent service to all stakeholders.

Compensation

$55,000 - $85,000/year based on years of experience
Annual bonus potential

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling commercial auto or liability claims.
Strong understanding of commercial auto insurance policies, repair processes, and estimating systems (e.g., CCC, Mitchell, Audatex).
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Adjuster license in applicable states is required or must be obtained.
Knowledge of state and federal transportation regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of commercial auto and liability claims from initial reporting to final resolution.
Investigate claims thoroughly by reviewing documentation, interviewing involved parties, and coordinating with appraisers.
Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages based on policy language and applicable laws.
Determine appropriate reserves and monitor them throughout the life of the claim.
Coordinate repair estimates and manage relationships with body shops and appraisers.
