Practice:

• Primary Care Outpatient, No Nights, No Weekends
• 12-14 patients per day- Mostly Adults and Geriatric, with an option for Pediatrics
• A team-oriented group with an Integrated Care Model
• Work with experienced Primary Care providers in a newly remodeled clinic with extensive support staff and EPIC EMR
• Dedicated admin work each week
• Signing Bonus, Relocation Assistance, and Benefits- Health, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, Life and Disability insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays, CME, 401k with matching
