Job Title: Clamp Truck Operator This position will accept a regular forklift operator who is willing to learn roll clamp - would be a plus if you have regular clamp Only 2nd and 3rd shift --- no 1st shift available here Job Description Join our groundbreaking, state-of-the-art facility in the corrugated packaging industry. As a Clamp Truck/Forklift Operator, you will be part of a dynamic team contributing to the day-to-day functions of a new greenfield facility. We seek motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment, focusing on safety, quality, and teamwork. Responsibilities Operate Clamp Truck/Forklift to move rolls from trucks and warehouses to the corrugator for consumption. Recognize and correct or report any safety, quality, or production issues using provided tools. Follow instructions to ensure shipment deadlines are met and unloading is conducted within guidelines. Follow all safety procedures and intervene when observing unsafe practices by co-workers. Ensure high levels of quality, productivity, and attention to detail. Collaborate with operators, superintendents, shipping department, and customer service. Ensure loads are accurate and damage-free. Offload incoming loads timely and place them in the correct location. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
