About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial operations. The CFO will be responsible for major elements of the organization's forecasting and financial initiatives, analyzing all financial aspects and strategies, and overseeing the financial operations of the wholesale division. This includes preparing and reviewing financial projections, budgets, and key priorities, as well as improving processes to enhance precision, insight, and reliability. The successful candidate will also be tasked with generating management reporting, ensuring a reliable cash flow projection process, and maintaining a strong banking relationship. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' combined experience in public accounting and private industry, with at least 4 years in a retail/wholesale environment, is required. The CFO will be expected to have a strong understanding of consolidated financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and extensive knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role also involves guiding the corporate accounting team, supporting the month-end and year-end close process, and ensuring compliance with technical accounting issues.
