Position Overview: Triangle Bus Charters Inc., a premier charter and tour bus company headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a skilled and experienced Charter and Tours Operations Manager. This role requires a unique blend of expertise as a Professional Motorcoach Operator, Dispatcher and Scheduler, Sales operations, and comprehensive operational experience in the charter and tour bus industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our charter and tour bus services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
2. Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of professional Motorcoach operators, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
3. Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our charter and tour services.
4. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and standards in all aspects of charter and tour operations.
5. Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes for tours and charters, considering factors like traffic, distance, and client preferences.
6. Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure all vehicles are in top condition and meet all safety and regulatory requirements.
7. Budget Management: Manage budgets related to charter and tour operations, including cost analysis and optimization.
8. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during charter and tour operations promptly and efficiently.
9. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the charter and tour bus sector.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Professional Motorcoach Operator.
• Extensive operational experience in the charter and tour bus industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
