Are you looking for an opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced call center environment? We're seeking motivated and energetic Call Center Representatives to join our team! This is a part-time, entry-level role with training provided—perfect for those looking to develop their communication and customer service skills.

What You'll Do:
✅ Make outbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
✅ Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the right resources.
✅ Maintain detailed and accurate records of conversations in the database.
✅ Work with management to meet quality and productivity goals.
✅ Generate at least 6 leads per day (30 per week).
✅ Make a minimum of 350+ calls per day.

What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy and phone skills.
Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required).
