Job Description: Job Family Definition: Seeking a university student actively enrolled in a bachelor's program of
Industrial Engineering / Business Administration , with a background in supply chain . This internship offers hands-on experience in a high-tech environment, supporting real-world supply chain projects and fostering professional growth.
Intern will contribute to various tasks aligned with the plan, source and delivery , including collaboration on team initiatives, problem-solving, and creative thinking to support innovation and continuous improvement.
Management Level Definition: Responsibilities: - Responsible for supply chain processes, such as order backlog analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations, and shipping, for a regional or global business unit.
- Produces reports using IT systems and analyses data to develop trends for supply and demand activities; articulates findings to management.
- Analysis of backlog management.
- Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- May provide training or general direction for junior staff members.
Education and Experience Required: - First level university degree or equivalent experience ( Industrial Engineering / Business Administration )
- Typically, 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain function .( Problem solving knowledge, data analysis, and reporting skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating across departments )
Knowledge and Skills: - Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
- Strong analytical and data modelling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.
- Developing Project Management Skills.
