Overview

A top-tier law firm is seeking a skilled litigation associate (JD class years 2020–2022) to join its Boston office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling financial, securities, or other complex civil litigation, including drafting pleadings and managing discovery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated team player to gain experience in high-value, multi-faceted litigation.

Key Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant litigation experience
• Background at a mid-size or large law firm preferred
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience in financial, securities, or complex commercial litigation
• Massachusetts Bar admission required
• Clerkship (federal or appellate) is a plus
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
• Conduct legal research and assist with litigation strategy
• Handle discovery and deposition preparation
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on case management
