Job Description

Overview Business Intelligence Analyst partner with Fox Communities Credit Union to deliver data insights for strategic decision‑making. Located in Appleton, this full‑time role supports management, board, and member‑centered initiatives through data visualization, reporting, and analytics. Responsibilities Build, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that drive key business KPIs and operational metrics. Develop and support the data warehouse, SQL databases, and automation pipelines across credit‑union systems. Analyze data sets to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that inform growth, revenue, and efficiency opportunities. Collaborate with business users, department heads, and the Board of Directors to design solutions, prioritize initiatives, and provide data governance. Lead documentation of organizational KPIs, data dictionaries, and governance programs. Respond to day‑to‑day data requests and custom reporting needs. Assist in training analyst level team members and promote best practices in visualization and data quality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data science or related field (MBA preferred). 3‑5 years of similar BI or analytics experience. Proficiency with Power BI, DAX, and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake). Experience with statistical technologies, programming (R, Python, XML) a plus. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and collaborative in a fast‑changing environment.
