**Description** **SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM** **_Business Analyst (Summer 2026)_** _JBS Live Pork is seeking a highly motivated and analytical summer_ _intern to join our team. A Business Analyst transforms production and accounting data into user_ _friendly, actionable data to support field and management teams in the_ _quest for continual improvement of operational efficiency. The Business_ _Analyst will be responsible for working with multifunctional teams including_ _accounting, production, and senior management teams to build, populate,_ _analyze, and distribute focused reports of production and financial_ _performance through both regular continuous improvement of reporting and_ _Ad hoc efforts_ **Key Responsibilities** + Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities.writing specifications + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs andprovide analytical support + Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improvedprocedures + Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizinginformation and trends + Interpret and evaluate data to develop integrated business analyses andprojections for operational decision-making + Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlightsrelevant business trends and opportunities for improvement + Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues **Required Qualifications:** + Working towards Bachelor's degree in business analytics,accounting, Ag Business or related field. + Knowledge of reporting and data analysis + Detail Oriented with strong communication skills, particularly inclarifying parameters for reporting and analysis + Very proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, and relatedsoftware **DESIRED:** + Strong Sense of Urgency and ability to meet deadlines + Ability to impact operations
