Auto Body Shop Estimator - Full-Time (Lake Bluff & Highland Park, IL)

Are you an experienced auto body shop estimator looking for a full-time opportunity? The Ultimate Paint Shop is seeking a highly motivated and skilled estimator to join our team at either of our locations in Lake Bluff, IL or Highland Park, IL . We are a family-owned business with over 40 years of expertise in collision repair and restoration of high-end vehicles, including Audi, Bentley, BMW, Lamborghini, Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, Rivian, and Tesla , along with American, Asian, and European vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Write up estimates on vehicle damage and work with outside insurance adjusters.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, making necessary adjustments to ensure productivity.
• Work with insurance companies to secure and expedite approvals.
• Handle customer concerns or issues as needed.
• Follow production flow to ensure everything is received, dispatched, and completed on time.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in auto body shop estimating.
• Knowledge of CCC One estimating software is required .
• Knowledge of German vehicles is helpful but not required.
• I-CAR certification.
• Willingness to travel for school (reimbursement provided).
• Clean driving record.

Benefits:

• Full-time: Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm with one Saturday a month (8:00 am - 12:00 pm) .
