Health Coach

Are you passionate about helping others and ready to make a difference in the healthcare field? We're looking for a dedicated Health Coach to join our team! In this role, you'll support our medical clinics by performing care management tasks both on-site and remotely as needed. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HRS, and OSHA standards, while maintaining strict confidentiality when handling patient information.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and provide solutions for a variety of inquiries, including appointments, clinical questions, referrals, medical records, and billing.
Utilize your medical knowledge and skills to promote patient self-management and ensure efficient use of resources for optimal health outcomes.
Qualifications:

Certification/licensure as an LSCSW, LPN, Medical Assistant, or Certified Nurse Assistant as required by the State of Florida, or at least 2+ years of front desk experience.
Strong understanding of medical practice and excellent computer skills.
Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish, with a focus on positive customer service.
Ability to handle various tasks with professionalism and empathy.
