Join us to make legends happen!THE ROLEThis position primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons by offering a selection of beverages and snacks while they enjoy their rounds of golf.ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS Drive the beverage cart throughout the golf course to offer beverages and snacks to golfers.Engage with golfers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, including stocking and restocking inventory as needed.Accurately record sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure adequate supply of beverages and snacks.Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages.Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as assisting with event setup or other hospitality duties.Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School degree/GED or equivalent is required.At least two (2) years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment.SKILLS AND ABILITIESExcellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse individuals.Effective communication skills to effectively engage with customers and coworkers.Attention to detail to accurately record sales transactions and maintain inventory levels.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Ability to drive a beverage cart safely and responsibly throughout the golf course.Ability to lift and carry beverage containers and restock inventory as needed.Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, especially during busy periods.Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and customer needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.WORKING CONDITIONSLocation: On Site PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
