What You'll Be Doing

• Operate batch plant equipment to produce concrete according to specifications
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant machinery
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and site personnel

• Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
