Job Description We are seeking a Senior AWS Solutions Architect/Pre-sales Lead to join our team in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and architecting innovative AI/ML solutions leveraging AWS services, consulting with clients, and leading pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML and cloud technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for our clients. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive AI/ML solution architectures on AWS ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. Experiment and prototype alongside customers, demonstrating practical use cases. Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate AWS services and technologies. Provide expert guidance on AI/ML best practices and implementation strategies. Create compelling technical proposals and presentations to support pre-sales efforts. Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning strategies and conduct technical deep-dives and proof-of-concept demonstrations. Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and AWS services, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and best practices. Represent Publicis Sapient at industry events and conferences. Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to refine solution offerings and contribute to the development of reusable assets and accelerators. Participate in AWS partner programs and certifications. Qualifications The successful candidate is likely to have in excess of 8 years’ experience in solution architecture, with a focus on AI/ML. Deep expertise in AWS Lambda architectures and other native AWS offerings is essential. Knowledge of AWS AI/ML services (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker) are essential. Knowledge of Comprehend and Rekognition are desirable. Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills are essential to understand and address client business needs. Experience in pre-sales and technical consulting is essential. AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Machine Learning Specialty) are desirable. Additional Information Set Yourself Apart With Ability to design and architect innovative AI/ML solutions. Pay Range: $130,000 - $180,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
