We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our sales process, you will help customers navigate options and ensure a smooth, transparent transaction from start to finish.

Job Description:

The Automotive Sales Manager oversees the daily operations of the dealership's sales department. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, setting and meeting goals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop effective sales strategies and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards through excellent service.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
• Manage inventory and ensure optimal lot presentation.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role.
• 2+ years of automotive finance experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and dealership management systems (DMS).
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
