Key Responsibilities Sales Consultant:

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online
• Learn customer needs and recommend the best vehicle options
• Provide product demonstrations and test drives
• Guide customers through the sales and financing process with transparency and care
• Follow up with leads to build lasting relationships and referral business
• Stay up to date on Toyotas product lineup, features, and promotions

Qualifications - Sales Consultant:

• Previous successful Automotive Sales Experience is a plus but not required! Experience in Real Estate, Social Media Marketing, Customer Service, or Retail Sales translate well in this position!
• Professional appearance and good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude
• Integrity, a Positive Attitude and a Strong Work Ethic Required
