An Assistant Property Manager duties include:receiving and managing incoming phone callsrent collectiontenant and owner relationsschedule and doing showingstroubleshoot maintenance questionsmove-in/out inspectionsand much more!This position allows one to truly get to know the ropes of property management. Be able to use a smart phone and appropriate applications. Use Google drive with sheets, docs etc. Know how to maneuver in Gmail. Great customer service in person and on the phone. Logical and quick thinking to solve problems.Qualifications: Some property management or real estate experience is preferred. Real Estate License is a plus!PAY: DOE and qualifications.
