Architectural Sales Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking to add a part-time Inside Sales Assistant to our growing company. The position's primary role is to support the Inside Sales Managers with fielding, following up, and developing new sales leads in the effort to bring a prospective customer closer to a sale. We are looking for a candidate that has sales experience in architectural or construction products. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, team player, and eager to make a connection with prospective customers.

Responsibilities
· Field incoming calls and emails from new sales leads.
· Gather information from new sales leads regarding their company and/or specific project.
· Input new sales leads into Salesforce CRM.
· Direct sales calls and emails as needed.
· Forward and help prepare sample requests and transmittals. Follow up with customer to ensure receipt of samples.
· Organize, schedule, and act on follow up calls or emails to maintain frequent communication with prospective customers.
· Schedule Zoom virtual learning presentations with prospective customers.
· Assist Inside Sales Managers with conference calls or other prospective customer requests.
· Manage data and reporting of sales lead activity and conversion of sales leads into active quotes.
· Follow up with customers of recently completed work for potential future opportunities.
Qualifications
· 1+ years' experience in a Sales or Customer Service role.
· Background in Architecture and Construction is preferred.
· Computer proficiency with strong Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook experience is a must.
· Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software programs.
· Experience with Zoom or other video conferencing services.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Part-time but has opportunity to be full time
$25/hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
