Salary:

Architectural Interior Designer Consultant

Outsourcing & Management Concepts, Inc. is based in Beverly Hills, California. It was specifically founded to manage the various private holdings of a family trust, including a real estate investment company with multiple construction projects nationwide, including in Los Angeles. As we continue to expand quickly, we are looking for a skilled interior designer consultant with strong design skills.

All Candidates Must Possess the following skills to be considered for the position:

• Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (minimum 2 years)
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD drafting (minimum 3 years)
• Strong proficiency with Sketch-up Pro (minimum 3 years)
• A minimum of three (3) years of professional interior designwork experience

Responsibilities:

• Create exciting residential design concepts
• Assist in designing furniture, fixtures, and other elements
• Develop and produce design drawing packages
• Procure materials, fixtures and furniture
• Source local furniture retailers

Required Experience:

• Experience in procuring contractors and managing RFP's
• Experience in procuring furniture and fixture manufacturers and vendors
• Experience in managing designs from schematic through detailing, construction documentation, assembling a drawing package and contract administration
• Extensive knowledge of materials and construction processes
