**Job Title: Electrician**

**Job Description**

We are seeking 15 electrical assemblers/electrical apprentices to join our team. No previous experience in the electrical field is required, but candidates must be eager to learn and work hands-on in the trade.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble electrical components

+ Install and pull wiring

+ Work with conduit and construction wiring

+ Read and interpret blueprints

+ Assist in various electrical tasks as needed

**Essential Skills**

+ Good dexterity and mechanical aptitude

+ Solid attendance and work ethic

+ Basic understanding of English (50% or better)

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Any electrical knowledge is a plus

**Work Environment**

This is a pre-fabrication environment without air conditioning but with heating. You will work 48 hours a week, Monday to Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Required PPE includes steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety vest, and safety glasses, with all PPE except for the boots provided during orientation.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, Virginia.

**Pay**

$18/hr
