Position Summary:
A leading medical device manufacturer is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team. This position will be responsible for leading the accounts receivable teams and manage all day-to-day functions and processing.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire accounts receivable function to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and collections.
Ensure the accurate preparation and distribution of customer invoices, verifying that billing details are correct and comply with company policies.
Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
Supervise and mentor accounts receivable staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance and development.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the accounts receivable function.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable.
Work closely with other departments, such as sales and finance, to address issues and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachlor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience
full cycle management experience
project management skills are a plus
strong organizational and communication skills are a plus
