What you'll be doing...

• Tracking and managing incoming data and source documents.
• Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data for entry.
• Engaging with document preparers to clarify questions, inconsistencies or missing data.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client files.
• Performing data entry in the Accounts Payable/Account Receivable System, ensuring data accuracy and making necessary corrections.
• Contributing to team efforts to achieve desired results.
• Performing general clerical duties such as typing, scanning, copying, answering phones, filing, etc.
• Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The right person has...

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
• A High School diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
