About the Company & Overview of the Role:

• Our client is a manufacturing company that has been serving the Baltimore County community for decades. This organization has a great company culture and really empowers their employees to grow personally and professionally.
• This position is a contract and is 100% in office in Towson, MD. Schedule: 8-5 Monday - Friday
• Reports directly to the Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• AP and AR including data entry and reviewing and paying invoices
• Invoice filing
• Light accounting to include bank reconciliations and inputting information into the GL
• Obtaining W-9 information from vendors

Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant:

• 1+ years of AP and AR experience required
• Intermediate Excel skills required
• Background and drug screen required
