Accounting Assistant

• Headquartered in the Central Ohio, with multiple manufacturing locations across several states

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT:

• The Accounting Assistant will enter and maintain the company's fixed assets and budgets
• Process invoices in a timely manner
• Prepare journal entries for fixed assets
• The Accounting Assistant will assist with monthly closings
• Run reports for yearly appraisal information of asset additions and disposals

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE:

• Understanding of accounting principles
• The Accounting Assistant will possess strong attention to detail
• 1-3 years accounting experience
• Associates degree in accounting or business
• The Accounting Assistant will create spreadsheets in Excel and use intermediate formulas

This position is fully on-site, 8:00-5:00.
Salary: $48,755-$53,040
