Accounts Support Specialist $23.29 - $26.20 per hour

What You'll Do - Support Clients
- Be the go-to person for client questions via phone and email
- Check in with new clients after 2, 4, and 6 weeks to make sure they're happy
- Solve issues quickly and suggest fixes to prevent them for happening again
- Set Up and Maintain Accounts
- Customize accounts to fix each client's needs
- Test accounts to make sure everything works smoothly
- Update client accounts regularly and keep everything running smoothly
- Reporting and Scheduling
- Run reports to answer client questions
- Update on-call schedules and train clients on scheduling tools
- Tech Maintenance
- Help troubleshoot computer or system issues
- Assist with system updates and upgrades when needed
- Jump In Where Needed
- Help with calls during busy times
- Be part of the after-hours on-call rotation
What You'll Bring - Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment -both physically and mentally- for yourself, your colleagues, and customers
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2 years in a call center of client-facing role
Skills: - Strong communication and customer service skills
- Great at staying organized and juggling tasks
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
Bonus Points If You Have: - An Associate's Degree
- 3 years of client support experience
Your Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM, with some on-call time
Your Location In-person - Roseville, MN
