Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our Commercial Organization team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying analytical skills to real-time business projects and collaborating cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions that positively impact the organization.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Develop and manage reports to provide actionable data findings and insights for decision-making across the team and organization.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams to construct business cases and present data for key meetings to help influence change and achieve positive outcomes.
• Ensure consistent documentation by creating and maintaining standard procedures for key tasks, complying with company policies and organizational standards.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and be a Rising Senior (expected graduation in 2027), returning to the course of study following the internship.
• Strong knowledge of or proficiency with technical tools like Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Google Slides, and comfort with data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability in strong communication skills and teamwork to effectively collaborate and present data findings.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to organize and structure data.
• Mandatory Requirement: Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Location: Role available in Boston, MA. Competitive compensation aligned the experience. Reasonably expected salary range: $57,000.00 - $71,200.00 Category: Other Designations
